Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 hours of placement. Contact support immediately if you need to cancel or modify. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled but are eligible for our 30-day return policy.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you receive a tracking email. You can also log into your account and view real-time updates under My Orders.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes. We offer case pricing on sodas, sparkling waters, energy drinks, sports beverages, and bottled water for businesses and organizations. Email support with quantities needed for a custom quote.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days. Damaged or incorrect shipments qualify for replacement or full refund.
How do I initiate a return?
Log in to your account, go to My Orders, and select Request Refund. Our team responds within 24 hours with a prepaid return label when approved.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item.

Which case sizes are available?
Most beverages are available in standard retail case packs — 12-packs, 24-packs, and multi-flavor variety cases. Contact us for pallet quantities.
How should I store beverage products?
Store sodas and energy drinks in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate juices and sports drinks after opening. Always check product labels for best-by dates and storage instructions.
