1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most items within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item is in its original, unopened condition with all seals intact
  • Original packaging and any included accessories are present
  • The return request is submitted within the 30-day window
  • Item was purchased directly from synoryx.net
Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, opened beverage products, perishable goods, and items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Starting a return is simple. Follow these steps:

  1. Contact us — Email muhammadhuzaifa@synoryx.net with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive your RMA — We'll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1–2 business days
  3. Pack securely — Pack the item safely in its original or equivalent packaging, including the RMA number clearly on the outside
  4. Ship it back — Send the package to our returns center. We'll email you the return shipping label
  5. Get your refund — Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

3. Refund Methods & Timeline

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow the following processing times:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.).

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right immediately. Please:

  • Take photos of the damage and the packaging upon receipt
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at muhammadhuzaifa@synoryx.net
  • Include your order number and photos in the email

We will arrange a free return label and ship a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same product (e.g., different flavor or pack size) subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the return process above and indicate "Exchange" in your request. If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund instead.

6. Return Shipping Costs

We cover return shipping if the return is due to our mistake (damaged, wrong item, or defective product). For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

7. Cancelled Orders

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 2 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately at muhammadhuzaifa@synoryx.net or call +1 (737) 3390702. Once shipped, standard return policy applies.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the stated timeline:

  • Check your bank account statement again
  • Contact your credit card company — it may take a few business days to post
  • Contact your bank, as processing times can vary
